プライバシーポリシー
株式会社 木屋（以下「当店」といいます。）は、当店が運営するオンラインストア（以下「本ストア」といいます。）をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱い、保護することが重要であると考えています。
当店は、個人情報の保護に関する法令その他の規範を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1．個人情報について
本ポリシーにおける個人情報とは、お客様からご提供いただく氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスその他の記述等により、特定の個人を識別できる情報をいいます。
2．取得する情報
当店は、次の情報を取得することがあります。

氏名、住所、郵便番号、電話番号、メールアドレス、配送先情報、請求先情報、注文内容、お問い合わせ内容等
（2）お支払いに関する情報
決済手段の種類、決済結果、請求状況その他決済に関連する情報
なお、クレジットカード番号等の機微な決済情報は、当店ではなく決済事業者が取得・管理する場合があります。
（3）本ストアの利用に伴い取得される情報
Cookie、IPアドレス、端末情報、ブラウザ情報、閲覧履歴、購入履歴、アクセス日時、広告識別子その他本ストアの利用状況に関する情報
3．利用目的
当店は、取得した個人情報を、次の目的で利用します。
（1）商品の注文受付、本人確認、代金決済、発送、返品・交換・修理対応その他売買契約の履行のため
（2）ご注文内容、配送状況、決済状況、返品・交換、欠品、遅延その他本ストアの利用に関して必要なご連絡を行うため
（3）お問い合わせ、ご意見、ご要望、レビュー、アンケート等への対応のため
（4）アフターサービス、製品に関するご案内、修理対応その他商品販売に付随する対応のため
（5）不正注文、不正決済、なりすまし、転売・再販売・購入代行目的が疑われる注文その他不適切な取引の防止、調査、確認および対応のため
（6）利用規約、特定商取引法に基づく表記、返金ポリシーその他当店の定めの遵守状況の確認および必要な対応のため
（7）本ストアの利用状況、閲覧履歴、購買履歴等を分析し、本ストアの改善、商品構成の見直し、サービス向上、広告配信の最適化および不正利用対策に役立てるため
（8）新商品、再入荷情報、キャンペーン、イベントその他当店または当店取扱商品に関するご案内を配信するため
ただし、配信を希望されない場合は、当店所定の方法により停止することができます。
（9）法令への対応、行政機関等への協力、紛争対応、権利行使または義務履行のため
（10）上記に付随し、または関連する業務のため
4．個人情報の第三者提供
当店は、お客様の個人情報を第三者に販売し、または貸与することはありません。
ただし、次の場合には、法令に従い、必要な範囲で個人情報を第三者に提供することがあります。
（1）法令に基づく場合

5．個人情報の取扱いの委託
当店は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を外部事業者に委託することがあります。
この場合、当店は、委託先を適切に選定し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
委託先には、商品の配送、代金決済、本人確認、請求先確認、与信確認、不正利用防止、広告配信、アクセス解析、システム運用、メール配信その他本ストアの運営に必要な事業者が含まれます。
6．外国にある事業者の利用
当店は、本ストアの運営にあたり、システム提供事業者、決済事業者、配送関連事業者、メール配信事業者、広告配信事業者、分析事業者その他の外部事業者を利用しており、これらの事業者のサーバーまたは事業運営拠点が外国に所在する場合、お客様の個人情報が当該外国において取り扱われることがあります。
当店は、法令上必要な場合には、当該外国、当該外国における個人情報保護制度、当該事業者が講ずる個人情報保護措置その他必要事項について、法令に従い情報提供を行い、必要な同意を取得します。
また、お客様ご本人から求めがあった場合には、法令に従い、本人の知り得る状態に置くべき事項または本人への提供が必要な情報について、適切にご案内します。
7．Cookieその他の技術について
当店は、本ストアの利便性向上、利用状況の把握、本ストアの改善、広告配信の最適化その他前記利用目的の達成のため、Cookieその他これに類する技術を使用することがあります。
また、当店は、分析ツール、広告配信ツールその他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
これらにより取得される情報には、単独では特定の個人を識別できない情報が含まれますが、他の情報と結び付くことにより個人情報または個人関連情報として取り扱われる場合があります。
お客様は、ご利用のブラウザ設定によりCookieを無効にすることができますが、その場合、本ストアの一部機能が正常に利用できないことがあります。
8．安全管理措置
当店は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセスその他のリスクを防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
また、個人情報を取り扱う従業員および委託先に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
9．個人情報の正確性および保存
当店は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報を正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努めます。
また、個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間および法令上保存が必要な期間保存し、その後、適切な方法で廃棄または削除します。
10．開示、訂正、利用停止等
当店は、お客様ご本人から、個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等のご請求があった場合、法令に従い、適切に対応します。
ご請求にあたっては、ご本人確認をお願いすることがあります。

なお、開示等の請求に際しては、法令の範囲内で、実費相当額の手数料を請求する場合があります。
11．プライバシーポリシーの変更
当店は、法令の改正、本ストアの運営内容の変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ストア上に掲載した時点または別途定める効力発生日から適用されるものとします。

Privacy Policy
Kiya Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our store”) recognizes the importance of properly handling and protecting the personal information of customers who use our online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).

3. Purposes of Use
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

(2) To contact customers as necessary regarding order details, shipping status, payment status, returns, exchanges, shortages, delays, and other matters relating to use of the Store

(7) To analyze usage status, browsing history, purchase history, and similar data in order to improve the Store, review our product lineup, enhance our services, optimize advertising delivery, and prevent unauthorized use
(8) To send information about new products, restocked items, campaigns, events, and other information relating to us or products handled by us
However, customers may opt out of such communications in accordance with our prescribed procedures.
(9) To comply with laws and regulations, cooperate with governmental authorities, respond to disputes, and exercise or perform rights and obligations

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not sell or lend customers’ personal information to third parties.
However, we may provide personal information to third parties to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable laws in the following cases:

6. Use of Service Providers Located in Foreign Countries
In operating the Store, we use external service providers such as system providers, payment service providers, shipping-related service providers, email delivery providers, advertising delivery providers, and analytics providers. If the servers or business operation bases of such providers are located in foreign countries, customers’ personal information may be handled in those countries.

We may use cookies and similar technologies in order to improve the convenience of the Store, understand usage of the Store, improve the Store, optimize advertising delivery, and otherwise achieve the purposes of use described above.
We may also use analytics tools, advertising tools, and other external services.
Information obtained through these technologies may include information that does not, by itself, identify a specific individual; however, such information may be treated as personal information or related personal information when combined with other information.

We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use and for any additional period required by applicable law, and thereafter dispose of or delete such information by appropriate means.
10. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
If a customer requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or similar action regarding his or her personal information, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable law.
We may ask the customer to verify his or her identity before responding to such requests.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may revise this Policy as necessary due to amendments to laws and regulations, changes in the operation of the Store, or other reasons.
The revised Privacy Policy shall become applicable from the time it is posted on the Store or from any separately specified effective date.
